and Guest Suites

Located at the corner of Main and Mill Street is a truly unique shop. Main Cross Antiques. Not only will you be able to find some of the finest quality antiques in Madison, you'll taste some of the best fudge you've ever had. Madison Fudge factory has a huge selection of home-made fudge, with free samples to excite your taste buds. Owner Jim Grant has also added Madison mementos, soaps and gels and other accessories. The front downstairs houses "eclectic" styles of antiques, ranging form English to Africa (including fabrics),  family heirlooms from Kentucky and Indiana. One corner of the room features year-round Christmas items. Works by local artists  decorate the walls. The Fudge counter is located at the rear of the shop. Upstairs are two elaborate guest suites.

"I love Madison. It's the only town I've ever left that I said I'd come back to," said owner Jim Grant, "It's got a feeling of  community, rather than just a town because the people are real friendly and help each other out. I thank God for the wonderful people of Madison."

The upstairs guest suites are beautiful. They are furnished with period antiques as well as modern conveniences including: central air, private baths, cable and a refrigerators.  The location in downtown Madison is within walking distance to specialty shops, historic sites, the river, churches and the library. Evening turn down includes your choice of  fudge samples. Morning brings coffees from Brazil and beyond.
