All Ways Pottery
219 East Main Street
812-265-9088
Wed- Thurs 2-8
Friday and Saturday 11-9 and Sun 1-6.

All Ways Pottery, a paint your own pottery studio, is located at 219 East Main Street in historic Madison. Opened in July of 2003 in the beautifully restored Masonic Lodge (also known as the Steinhardt Hanson building), the studio has grown to accommodate up to 46 painters at one time.

Customers choose a piece to paint and then the studio staff explain how to use the glazes and the tools available. There is a special area for idea books , stencils, stamps and other tools to spark your creativity. The studio is also full of sample pieces that at give the customers inspiration. Once customers finish their piece, All Ways Pottery will glaze and fire it - ready for pick up in 1 week. The cost of the piece includes all supplies needed and the firing. Prices range from $5- $50, with most pieces costing $10-$20.

While most custumers walk-in, All Ways Pottery welcomes reservations for larger groups. All ages are welcome to create their own masterpiece. Customers often paint gifts for birthdays, teacher appreciation, Mother's and Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas and more. While there is always a variety of plates, bowls, mugs and other kitchenware, there are many new pieces for the changing seasons and holidays.

All Ways Pottery also hosts special events such as kids summer workshops, Mother's Day flower pot painting, and Father's day ice cream sundae bowl painting. Our staff love to paint and are here to assist customers with questions as they paint their masterpieces.
